DESCRIPTION:Le zuppe di pesce riescono a concentrare nel piatto un bouquet di profumi e di sapori tanto vasto quanto maggiore è la varietà dei prodotti del mare in esse contenuti\nNate nelle case dei pescatori per utilizzare i pesci invenduti o a bordo dei battelli da pesca per cucinare il pasto in un unica pentola\, le zuppe di mare sono oggi piatti ricercatissimi e di rara bontà. La collaudatissima coppia costituita dallo Chef Aurelio Carraffa e dalla sommelier Clara Montesanto\, renderanno piacevolissima la lezione costituita da tre interessanti ricette e tre relativi abbinamenti di vini. Prepareremo insieme una zuppa di pesce alla trapanese accompagnata dal cous cous\, un brodetto di pesce alla marchigiana e una impepata di cozze alla maniera dello chef.
